Thanksgiving
Thankful 28
This photo was taken in June 2010- We were cemetery hopping and had a wonderful day. Jessi was there too. I am thankful for my parents - Nov 28 is Mom's birthday, Dec. 5th is Dads. and I am thankful for my heritage. For ancestors that sacrificed to emigrate to America, to join the church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, to get an education and to teach values to their children and grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Thankful day 27
I am thankful for music. Christmas music is playing at our house. Thankful for Pandora computer radio too, because most of our Christmas CD's are scratched and skip. We will be enjoying Christmas music for a month, and probably more because it lifts my soul and makes me happy.

November 26, Thankful
One of my most favorite days of the year. Maybe even the favorite. It would be even better if the Doty's were here. Maybe next year. Thanks Uncle Neil and Maria for photo's.

Thankful day 25
We are grateful for our parents. How lucky Lincoln is to be able to have 4 generation photo's on his Mom's side. (actually he does on the McCalvy side too, we're just blessed to be able to take photo's)
Kathy, Great Grandmom, Great Granddad, Lincoln and Jessica.

Thankful Day 24
I am thankful for surprises. I got up in the morning and look who was sleeping in our living room. We weren't expecting the McCalvy's until that night, so BONUS - they came a day early. YIPEE

Thankful day 21
Sunrise again. Carter said it looks like the American Flag - striped. I love this beautiful country. I love silhouette trees in the landscape. I love any weather any time. I love the anticipation of a new day.

Thankful day 22
See where the model is laying? I was coming from the library and just like a cartoon character...
caught my toe on the raised concrete and lost my balance. I an sure my legs windmilled around and around as my upper body (in slow motion) adjusted lower and lower toward the pavement. I lost all the stuff I was carrying and wound up, just like Hannah on my face. Fortunately no one else was in the vicinity and no one saw me. After I gradually gathered my senses around me, I got into the car and realized that I was OK. I didn't even bruise. I am thankful my klutzy fall was not serious.
And I am thankful for a close library.
I went in the next day and told the librarian that the sidewalk was unsafe. The next time I went by, they had spray painted bright orange the strip where the pavement is uneven. That should catch my eye next time I am focused on where I am headed, not on my feet!

Thankful 14
I am thankful for technology that lets us photograph and email events as they happen, even when we are far away. It helps that Jessi sends a photo or two almost every day so that we can see how fast Lincoln is growing. I am so grateful for computers and telephones etc.
